PRDS is a grassroots organisation established in 2003, with more than two decades of experience working with communities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. PawTrack represents an expansion of that community-development work into animal welfare, public health and technology-led social innovation.
Dog photos, vaccination, sterilisation and health entries, ward, and who made each entry.
Residents see a dog's care status. NGOs, vets and the municipality see the operational record for their area.
Public views show ward level only, so precise locations cannot be used to target or remove dogs.
Entries stay provisional until an NGO or vet confirms them. Every entry carries its author and date.
A citizen report becomes a task for the ward team, and its outcome is recorded against the dog.
Pilot metrics are published after the review, including what did not work.
